Nopi.studio is a Dutch SaaS startup that helps recruitment agencies streamline lead generation by consolidating job postings into a single, easy-to-use dashboard. Together, we built and executed a multi-channel outbound campaign using email and LinkedIn.
The project started with a strategy session to define Nopi’s Ideal Customer Profile and craft a strong outreach offer. After setting up the full outbound infrastructure, we built a highly targeted list of decision-makers in the recruitment space. Using Clay, we enriched and qualified the list, resulting in strong engagement and a consistent flow of sales-qualified leads.
Client Background
Nopi.studio simplifies recruitment workflows by collecting job vacancies from multiple sources and displaying them in one central platform. Recruiters can apply custom filters, receive notifications for new vacancies, and manage prospects using a built-in CRM.
To support revenue growth, Nopi needed a scalable outbound system that could reliably generate qualified conversations with recruitment agencies.

Scope of Work
1. Strategy Session
We started with an in-depth strategy session to understand Nopi.studio’s target audience, value proposition, and differentiators. This formed the foundation for segmentation, messaging, and outreach structure.
2. Infrastructure Setup
To ensure high deliverability, we set up and warmed multiple sending domains, configured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and implemented best practices for inbox placement and domain health.
3. Prospect List Development
We built a curated list of 981 decision-makers from recruitment agencies and closely related businesses. Using Clay, we enriched the list with firmographic data, job roles, and intent signals. A custom scoring model was applied to prioritize the most relevant prospects, resulting in 814 qualified contacts.
4. Multi-Channel Outreach Execution
We launched coordinated email and LinkedIn campaigns tailored to the ICP. Messaging focused on recognizable recruitment pain points and clearly communicated how Nopi.studio fits into existing workflows. Personalization was applied at scale to maximize relevance without sacrificing volume.
