Challenge

TXOne Networks wanted to significantly increase attendance for a high-value webinar aimed at professionals within their ideal customer profile across Europe. While they already had a large CRM database, much of the data was incomplete, outdated, or not actionable for targeted outbound campaigns.

The challenge was twofold:

  • Turn a large but underutilized CRM into a usable outbound asset

  • Reach the right audience at scale with messaging that resonated across different European regions

Approach

1. CRM enrichment at scale

We started by enriching 40,000 existing contacts inside TXOne’s CRM. Using modern sales intelligence and enrichment tooling such as Clay, we added and validated key data points, including:

  • Accurate business email addresses

  • Job roles and seniority

  • Company size and industry indicators

  • Geographic segmentation across Europe

This transformed the CRM from a static database into a structured outbound engine.

2. Market segmentation: North vs South Europe

Based on geography, buying behavior, and tone preferences, we split the market into:

  • Northern Europe

  • Southern Europe

Each region received its own messaging angle, adapted to local expectations, communication style, and decision-making context. This ensured relevance without over-personalizing at an individual level.

3. Targeted outbound for webinar promotion

From the enriched CRM, we selected over 10,000 cold contacts that matched TXOne’s ideal customer profile.

We then launched a structured email outreach campaign focused purely on webinar attendance, not product pitching. The outreach was designed to:

  • Clearly communicate the webinar’s value

  • Speak the language of the target audience per region

  • Drive sign-ups without creating sales pressure

All outreach was executed with deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance in mind.

Results

  • 40,000 CRM contacts enriched and structured

  • 10,000+ relevant cold prospects reached via email

  • Clear regional performance insights due to North vs South Europe segmentation

  • A scalable outbound framework TXOne can reuse for future events and campaigns
