Executive Summary

Noord50 partnered with BIEN in a structured three month build test transfer project. The goal was not short term campaign results but a complete outbound system that BIEN could operate and scale independently.

By the end of the project BIEN owned a fully documented outbound sales engine. This included targeting logic messaging frameworks automation workflows and reporting. The system consistently generated high quality conversations with BIEN’s Ideal Customer Profile and removed founder dependency from outbound sales.

Project Structure

The project followed a clear three phase structure.

  • Month one focused on strategy infrastructure and system design.

  • Month two focused on live testing segmentation and optimization.

  • Month three focused on stabilization reporting and ownership transfer.

Phase 1: Strategy Infrastructure and Messaging


ICP and Market Definition

We defined BIEN’s Ideal Customer Profile based on company size industry creative setup and buyer roles. We also identified buying signals that indicate active demand for motion design services and mapped key stakeholder personas.

Outreach Infrastructure

A dedicated outbound infrastructure was set up using new domains and inboxes. A controlled warming strategy was applied and outbound traffic was kept fully separate from BIEN’s core domain to protect deliverability and brand reputation.

Data Automation and Messaging

Using Clay, we built reusable workflows to source qualify enrich and score leads. AI was used to analyze LinkedIn profiles job descriptions and company context.

Instead of static templates we designed a modular messaging framework. AI generated first lines were based on role creative background recent work and language used on LinkedIn. Messaging stayed human specific and brand safe.

Phase 2: Testing Segmentation and Optimization

Campaign Testing

We launched multi channel campaigns across email and LinkedIn. Different ICP variants were tested to identify where response quality was highest. Campaigns were continuously optimized based on live reply data.

AI Driven Segmentation

A clear split emerged between producers and creatives. AI logic was implemented to automatically segment leads and apply separate messaging strategies that matched how each group thinks and buys.

Sales Alignment

Lead handover was standardized so every positive reply included context qualification data and suggested next steps. This reduced friction between outreach activity and sales conversations.

Phase 3: Scaling Reporting and Handover

By month three BIEN was booking consistent high quality sales conversations without manual intervention or founder involvement. Automated reporting via Zapier provided full visibility into replies positive responses and booked meetings.

The entire outbound system was documented. BIEN’s team was trained to launch new campaigns adjust ICPs and optimize messaging independently.
